1. EASE Bots rights

The EASE Bots team has the full right to remove a bot if it violates these terms or the xat.com terms. (https://xat.com/terms)

2. General Prohibitions

• It is not permitted to use the bot to advertise or promote other bots.
• It is not allowed to contain pornography in the name, status or avatars of bots.
• Pornography is not permitted in the product store.
• It is not permitted to contain racism, homophobia or any type of prejudice in the items mentioned above or in general.

3. User Behavior

• Users must maintain respectful and friendly behavior when interacting with EASE Bots staff and other users.
• Any type of harassment, intimidation or abusive behavior is prohibited.

4. Security and Privacy

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and should not share their credentials with third parties.
• EASE Bots is committed to protecting user privacy and not disclosing personal information without consent, except when required by law.

5. Proper Use of Bots

• Bots must be used according to the purpose for which they were created and in accordance with the rules established by EASE Bots.
• Any misuse, including spam, manipulation or fraudulent practices, will be punished by removal of the bot and possible banning of the user.

6. Changes to Terms of Use

• EASE Bots reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.

7. User Responsibility

• Users are responsible for any content generated or shared through the bots, ensuring that it does not violate copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

8. Penalties

• Failure to comply with any of the terms of use may result in warnings, temporary or permanent suspension of the use of EASE Bots services, at the team's discretion.

9. Refunds

• EASE Bots does not offer refunds for any payments made, except in cases of proven error on our part. All sales are final.
